CASTCOVE FISHING TERMS OF SERVICE AND SALE

ABOUT OUR STORE
CastCove Fishing is operated by Aiden Benbassat, trading as CastCove Fishing. We are an independent online retailer of fishing equipment, apparel and accessories. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
These terms apply to our website and purchases from our store. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your selected products, options, quantities, delivery details and final total before completing a purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. A customer account is optional. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us about suspected unauthorized activity.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount due. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, legal restrictions or unavailable stock, subject to applicable law. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded as required.
PRODUCT DETAILS AND COMPATIBILITY
The selected size, color, model or package option determines the price and included items. A photograph may show accessories or equipment that are not included. Included items are those identified in the product description and selected option.
Review measurements, line and lure ratings, reel specifications, pack counts, apparel sizing and compatibility as applicable. Contact us before ordering when important information is unclear or inconsistent. Screen settings may affect displayed colors; this does not excuse supplying materially misdescribed goods.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow manufacturer instructions and warnings. Fishing hooks, sharp tools and spring-loaded equipment require careful handling. Keep hazardous equipment away from children.
Check applicable fishing rules and required licenses for the place where you fish. Fishing equipment, waders and ordinary fishing apparel are not substitutes for an appropriate personal flotation device. We do not guarantee catches or specific fishing results.
PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
The applicable currency, item prices, shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown before payment. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.
We may change prices for future orders but will not retroactively increase the price of a completed order. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to agree on a correction or provide cancellation and a refund. We will not impose an additional charge without your agreement.
SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Supplier partners may fulfill orders directly. CastCove Fishing remains responsible for customer service and applicable retailer obligations.
Change-of-mind cancellation requests must reach us before 60 minutes have elapsed from order placement. Eligible full-order cancellations receive a full refund, including shipping and taxes collected. We do not accept general change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
These restrictions do not remove remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, delayed or undelivered goods, or mandatory cancellation and refund rights. See our separate policies for complete terms.
PRIVACY AND SHOPIFY SERVICES
Shopify processes personal information when you visit or purchase from our store. To provide and improve services, information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries. Shopify enhanced services may use information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, as described in our Privacy Policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.
Product names, trademarks, photographs and other content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Access to our website does not grant commercial reuse rights except where permitted by law or the rights holder.
WARRANTIES, DISPUTES AND CHANGES
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the terms provided with the product and does not replace rights you have against us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact us about a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Doing so does not waive your right to seek legal remedies, contact a regulator or dispute a payment where permitted.
Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights or more favorable terms attached to earlier purchases, including Daydream Steeps orders. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
